Ah okay! Yes, rice bubbles are crisp. 🙂 I've never actually heard of Puffed Rice before! I'll have to see if we have it here. Rice bubbles are a cereal too.. but, crispy, haha.

Chocolate crackle is a childhood favourite here! 😊 The recipe for ours includes the coconut fat, cocoa, powdered sugar, and the rice bubbles, but also some coconut and no egg. And, after reading your recipe, the next time I make it I will need to add coffee to it! 😁 ☕️
