Puffed rice is defined as a cereal here in Norway. Eating it with milk and some sugar. I google puffed rice, just to know if there is something similar in others countries, but it seems like it's called puffed rice everywhere.

Rice Bubbles, are they crisp? Because puffed rice aren't crisp at all, just some hard pillows... if you know what I mean. 😂

But it looks like the recipe of Chocolate Crackle is almost the same as these! It's nice to know it's common other places too😃
