I try to stay away from steemmonsters for a while, a Lil bit boring about the Battles and Rumble, especially the rewards 😁 I saw many little guys got only 30 DEC worth of cards. So, I went back to my kitchen and see whether I can cook something for lunch.
I supposed to make veggies fritter, but that's too dry for now. So, I just cook the soup.
To make this soup, you only need 2 small carrot, 1 potato and 6 green beans.
Prepare a quarter of onion, 2 garlic, about 1 cm ginger, kaffir lime leaf, cinnamon bark and 1 red chili.
Next step is heat about 3 table spoon cooking oil, then stir-fry the ingredients
Then add the veggies, stir fry for 3 minutes, pour about 3 cup of water or depends on how gravy the soup you want to have. Set the heat to medium and let it simmer for 5_10 minutes before you add salt to the taste. If you want to add tomato and sliced leek and celery, it will be more tasty, but I like mine with the soft scent of kaffir lime leaf and the ginger only.
It's quite simple right? But still it's delicious and bright my day.
I used to eat this soup with hot rice and fried fish in homemade chilli sauce.
