When I think of this week's ZAPFIC50 Friday challenge prompt "deadly", what conjures up is dark and frightening. If something or someone is classified as being deadly, then this label prompts others to avoid that person, situation, or item. It's a visual and mental warning sign. However, some signs can't be displayed. It's more in a person's actions. That's where my flash fiction story will take me. This challenge by 
My story is below:
Judd vaguely recalled the boat gliding over the lake's cerulean waters. His part in the deadly accident: Unforgivable.
The urge to deny surged through him, but his breath drowned words from his throat.
Drinking and driving never paired well.
Sobriety programs weren't enough.
Perhaps incarceration can clear the liquid cobwebs.
