Hola amigos como estuvo su café de hoy, espero que con mucho sabor. Para mi tomarme mi taza de café por la mañana es sinónimo de comenzar las actividades con buen pie, con determinación y animo de hacer las cosas bien. Cada día es una nueva oportunidad de vivir de compartir disfrutar y construir y cuando lo comenzamos con nuestra bebida favorita sin prisas, reflexionando y agradeciendo ya tenemos la mitad del camino recorrido para tener un excelente y productivo día. Hoy voy a contarle sobre un nuevo sitio que conocí donde sirven un café delicioso y una gran variedad de ingredientes tales como canela licores chocolate miel papelón (un producto derivado de la cama de azúcar cocida que se vende en barras y es un endulzante muy natural) jarabe de frutas entre otras cosas. Un paraíso para los que amamos el café.
Todo surgió porque mi esposa me ha pedido que la lleve tomarse un café delicioso fuera de lo común y en un ambiente agradable, es algo que le provocaba y yo quería complacerla y dejarla muy contenta así que me esforcé. Mi amada esposa se merece que la sorprenda y que la saque de la rutina de tomar el café siempre de la misma manera. En ocasiones especiales o cuando que queremos que un día ordinario sea una ocasión especial hay que salir de la rutina variar y disfrutar.
Así llegamos a CoffeShop atendido por Su dueño Daniel y en compañía de su Socio Ángel que conocimos ese día. Un recinto muy bonito donde predominan los colores oscuros y dibujos alusivos a los granos tostados de mayor consumo en el mundo. Del establecimiento me llamo la atención la gran variedad de ingredientes con los que combinan el café. Después de leer indeciso en una pared grande la combinación de sabores que escogería capto mi atención una de ellos: Café Almendrado . Sus ingredientes café crema y licor de almendras. Así que ya estaba decidido tomaría mi café con un toque de licor. Lo Probé y no para nada quede decepcionado. Pude percibir un suave sabor a licor de almendras envuelto en el fuerte sabor del café que resaltaba en la concentración.

Today I am going to tell you about a new place I met where they serve a delicious coffee and a great variety of ingredients such as cinnamon liqueurs chocolate honey papelón (a product derived from the cooked sugar bed that is sold in bars and is a very natural sweetener) fruit syrup among other things. A paradise for those of us who love coffee.
It all came about because my wife has asked me to take her to have a delicious coffee out of the ordinary and in a pleasant environment, it is something that provoked her and I wanted to please her and make her very happy so I made an effort. My beloved wife deserves to be surprised and to be taken out of the routine of always drinking coffee the same way. On special occasions or when we want to make an ordinary day a special occasion we have to get out of the routine, vary and enjoy.
So we arrived at CoffeShop run by its owner Daniel and in the company of his partner Angel who we met that day. A very nice place where dark colors and drawings alluding to the most consumed roasted beans in the world predominate. I was struck by the great variety of ingredients with which they combine the coffee. After indecisively reading on a large wall the combination of flavors that I would choose, one of them caught my attention: Café Almendrado. Its ingredients were coffee cream and almond liqueur. So I was already decided I would have my coffee with a touch of liqueur. I tried it and I was not disappointed at all. I could perceive a smooth almond liqueur flavor wrapped in the strong coffee flavor that stood out in the concentration.
Mi esposa rápidamente seleccionó el sabor de Toronto que es una mezcla de Café, crema, avellanas y chocolate. ¡Qué explosión de sabores! Felizmente sucedió lo que yo esperaba. A mi esposa le encantó disfruto cada sorbo, yo lo veía en su cara. No puedo negar que yo disfrute doble ya que mientras saboreaba mi bebida también la observaba feliz de estar degustando su bebida favorita.
My wife quickly selected the Toronto flavor which is a blend of coffee, cream, hazelnuts and chocolate. What an explosion of flavors! Happily what I had hoped for happened. My wife loved it and enjoyed every sip, I could see it on her face. I can't deny that I enjoyed it twice as much because while I was savoring my drink I was also watching her happy to be tasting her favorite beverage.
En un principio dije que un día normal puede convertirse en especial si estamos con la persona que amamos y acompañamos la ocasión con una buena taza de café. Así es, ese día resulto ser memorable aunque fue una salida normal y no nos alejamos mucho de nuestra casa tan solo los sentamos a hablar de manera relajada y a disfrutar. Creo que el gesto le encanto a mi esposa no solo porque el café supero sus expectativas y sorprendió su paladar sino porque se dio cuenta de que realmente la escuche y la tome en serio cuando me dijo fugazmente que quería disfrutar una taza de café rica y diferente. No importa lo sencilla o elaborada que sea la bebida sin con ella se demuestra el cariño sincero y nos permitimos el tiempo para tomárnosla y disfrutarla es un gran regalo.
In the beginning I said that a normal day can become special if we are with the person we love and we accompany the occasion with a good cup of coffee. That's right, that day turned out to be memorable even though it was a normal outing and we didn't stray far from our home, we just sat down to talk in a relaxed manner and enjoy ourselves. I think my wife loved the gesture not only because the coffee exceeded her expectations and surprised her palate but also because she realized that I really listened to her and took her seriously when she told me fleetingly that she wanted to enjoy a rich and different cup of coffee. No matter how simple or elaborate the beverage is, if we show sincere affection and allow ourselves the time to drink it and enjoy it, it is a great gift.
Le dije Daniel que esta visita solo fue la primera de muchas ya que ahora mismo me apetece probar otro de los sabores exquisitos de la carta de CoffeShop. Creo que la próxima vez me tomare un Honey, una deliciosa mezcla de Café miel y un toque de canela eso si no cambio de opinión porque son muchos sabores que me llaman la atención. Y mi esposa ya quiere probar Sunset Moca, mezcla de café leche chocolate y coco. Que rico.

I told Daniel that this visit was only the first of many as right now I feel like trying another of the exquisite flavors on the CoffeShop menu. I think next time I will have a Honey, a delicious blend of honey coffee and a touch of cinnamon if I don't change my mind because there are many flavors that call my attention. And my wife already wants to try Sunset Mocha, a mixture of coffee, chocolate milk and coconut. Yummy.
