I still remember those days that I spent in my grandparent's hometown. Those days are one of the best times in my life because it is the time when I met my first love.
My grandparent's house is near in a 'sapa' as we call it. And there are these 2 people I met, it was Albert and Samantha who become my friends. We play and hang out together every day, we smile and laugh, and slept together like siblings.
As the day passed by my days living there are getting more shorter. I even imagined how can I live when I'm already fallen in love, can I move on? I ask myself.
A day before we leave my grandparents' house, I ask Albert and Samantha to go to the sapa to enjoy my last day around the town. As we walked toward we sang different songs and enjoy their melody, we hop, jump, and danced in joy. The sound of the water, the beautiful rocks with moss "Ohh So pretty, like you", I jokingly said. We enjoy the rest of the day splashing water on each other and relaxing as the water flows. And I found the right time to confess, but I'm afraid because what's next after you confess? "I like you", I said with a low voice. She looked at me and pretend I didn't say a single word, it becomes awkward and she become speechless. "Is this a method of rejection?" I then ask myself.
The next day it is already the last day, and we are already ready to go as I open the door's car I hear someone shouting. "Wait a minute" she shout, then I saw a beautiful girl running towards me. She catch her breath and started talking. " I want to say my answer, I think I like you too", she said. Am I dreaming? Ohh gosh! I hope this will be forever. "Wait for me until 28", I replied then I went inside the car. My smile almost reached the sky, and I feel like I'm ready to die.
And now I'm 28 standing in front of an old house wearing a blue polo with long sleeves and a black shoes like I there is a occasion. And I'm holding a bouquet of roses. I knock the door then a beautiful women came out, her eyes ohh gosh what a beautiful sight to see! Then I whispered to myself " I'm back", and then I smiled.
