Si le falta agua poner al gusto, después dejar elevar

Cuando la masa haya elevado, se estira en una mesa con el rodillo

Posteriormente se coloca el jamón, la tocineta, las pasas y aceitunas en hileras

Vamos a enrollar y procurar dejar un borde al final de unos 3 a 4 cm aproximadamente
