Good evening beloved family, you're all welcome to my blog.
Tonight, I want to share my view with you on what I call responding to God's calling
This is what so many people are running away from. Once they notice they have a calling, they will look for a way to escape.
But the question is, can we actually run away from God?
Will he find it funny if we do so?
Let's talk about this. Calling is the greatest profession that I respect so much. People have been called to serve in different areas, and with different capacities.
The calling that I'm deliberating on is a divine calling, and not a family calling. One thing about God is that once he calls a man, he gives him the grace to stand firm and face his fears with courage.
Many are called into pastoral ministry, others are called as Apostles, Evangelists, teachers, counsellors, and others.
The question is how well you are responding to this call, and can you beat your chest and say the truth that you have done what you were called to do?
If your response is no, then this write- up is for you. I know most people experience difficulty in their calling, while others scale through.
Do not think everything will be perfect because you accept the heavenly call. Things will get better gradually, but you only need to do your part and allow God to do his own.
The world we're in right now is falling apart, and I don't know if you've observed that. Things are not the way they were supposed to be.
Souls are dying and they're going to hell because your calling stopped only in your house. You didn't enter the street to share the gospel with the lost.
People are out there waiting for someone to talk to them, most especially those who are alienated from their loved ones.
They need Jesus and a word of encouragement. Your words can spark something that was hidden in them, and they, in turn, might be strong followers of Jesus Christ.
Jonah was called to save, but he refused to do it. God dealt with him, and that was when he agreed to do it.
Please let our callings not stop in our houses, let's go into the street and exercise our callings, not with pride but with humility and love.
Speak more of Jesus and say less of the devil. This has been my priority and I think it should also be your priority. Prioritize the kingdom of our king by drawing souls to God.
Conclusion, let's arise and take up our callings. Everyone has been called, but not everyone is meant to stand on the pulpit. Some are meant to mend broken hearts through the word of God.
Thank you so much for reading through my post.
Stay safe, and be more focused on the work of the Kingdom.
I love you all.
I remain your favorite girl @joyben.
