This is a personal opinion/view and should not be taken or considered as financial advice. I think steem will hit $3 and even above this year, I strongly believe that.
If SMT is launched, there will be a drastic increase in the demand for steem, a type that will be greater than the market supply.
Steem/sbd as struggled to rise again against all odds, however, that cannot be exclusive of the effects of bitcoin price, general market manipulations and hypes.
It may not happen soon, but one thing is certain steem will hit $3 and even more again.
