Hola comunidad #SWC, El día de hoy realicé una rutina de planchas.
Las planchas que realicé fueron la Tuck Planche, Leam Planch, Flexiones rusas y Flexiones normales.
Unos segundos de plancha para mejor la resistencia del abdomen y poder mantener tuck planch más segundos para poder sacar stradell planche.
Me siento bien con mi progreso físicamente y mentalmente.
Este es mi primer post del #RetoFortis.

Hello #SWC community, Today I did a plank routine.
The planks I did were the Tuck Planche, Leam Planch, Russian Push-Ups and Normal Push-Ups.
A few seconds of plank to improve the resistance of the abdomen and to be able to hold tuck planch more seconds to be able to take out stradell planche.
I feel good about my progress physically and mentally.
This is my first post of the #RetoFortis.
