Una y otra vez
Hello #SWC community, Today I was doing a front level routine.
I feel very grateful to my teammates as they have corrected me on the exercises and I have been able to improve.
The routine consisted of front level 15 second hold (with garter) and front level 10 second tuck.
I also did some bottoms and pull-ups to warm up.
And with nothing more to say thank you very much for reading my post. ❤️
