Hola comunidad #SWC, El día de hoy realizamos Freestyle y Estáticos.
La verdad las manos me dolían entonces estuvimos haciendo los Dinámicos Subida lápiz, Supra 180, Cambio disloque, Bailarina 360.
Estáticos no fueron muchos solo Back Level, Y una variación de Front lever los cuales pegan mucho en el abdomen.
Hoy fue un día en el cual no saque trucos solo intente fluir los que tengo.

Hello #SWC community, Today we did Freestyle and Statics.
The truth is that my hands were hurting so we were doing the Dynamics: Pencil Lift, Supra 180, Disloc Change, Dancer 360.
Statics were not many, only Back Level, and a variation of Front lever which hit the abdomen a lot.
Today was a day in which I didn't pull out any tricks, I just tried to flow the ones I have.
This is my third post of the #FortisChallenge.
