Comenzamos por descamar el pescado y limpiarlo por dentro, le quita la cabeza y luego abrirlo estilo mariposa, este paso lo puede ahorrar cuando compre el pescado y pida al pescador que se lo prepare, en mi caso fui de pesca y me toco realizar este paso.

Preparamos el relleno limpiando los camarones y cortamos los vegetales en juliana, si tiene un procesador de alimentos también lo puede usar.

Limpiamos las hojas de plátano y colocamos el pescado encima para comenzar a rellenarlo, primero sazonamos con sal y pimienta, luego le untamos la pasta de pimentón y procedemos agregarle los vegetales.
