Terminada la entrada llega el plato fuerte, lo más esperado de inmediato me dicen vas a comer caril de camarones con arroz de coco y apa, el caril es como el curry, más una mezcla de especies con crema de coco, en esa zona de África utilizan mucho el coco para mezclar las comidas, y tienen influencias indianas, pero de verdad muy exquisito el sabor espectacular, acompañado de una APA, son populares en Mozambique, donde también se consumen como acompañamiento de platos o acompañados de alguna salsa, son parecidas a las tortillas, se elaboran con harina de trigo, aceite vegetal, sal, agua y mantequilla derretida.
