[ESP / ING] PIÑA COLADA PARA EL CALOR //PINA COLADA FOR THE HEAT
BIENVENIDOS !!
WELCOME !!
Good morning dear community, today we are going to prepare a wonderful piña colada 😱, it is a very refreshing tropical drink for those hot days, it is a very popular cocktail when it comes to sharing on a beach and pool where the sun is harsh, you can prepare it with alcohol or without alcohol, and can be decorated with pineapple and is generally served with crushed ice, it is originally from Puerto Rico according to information on social networks, you can prepare it in the blender or shake it in a cocktail shaker but I know that not everyone has cocktail shakers That's what we will use the blender.
*
- 1/2 Piña.
- 2 Onza de ron negro
- 1 cucharada de azucar morena
- 150 ml. Leche de coco
- 1 dosis de coco rallado para decorar
*
- 1/2 Pineapple.
- 2 Ounce of black rum
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 150 ml. Coconut milk
- 1 dose of grated coconut to decorate
Ingredientes // Ingredients
We will use the blender instead of the shaker, we start by adding the ice, pineapple, coconut milk, rum and sugar
HIELO // ICE
Piña // Pineapple
Leche de Coco // Coconut milk
Ron // Ron
Azucar // Sugar
We begin to blend until the ice hails. I recommend that since we have ice, we begin with gentle touches until you feel that it is beginning to hail.
For the decoration we will make a triangle with a slice of pineapple and we will place grated coconut on the edge of the cup. You can do this technique with syrup or water. I am going to use water to make it more practical and economical. We will use two plates of To serve dessert, in one we will place a little water and in the other we will disperse the coconut. Then he takes the glass, inverts it and first passes it through the plate where the water is and then through the plate where the grated coconut is.
To finish, we use a strainer and pour the pina colada into the glass and place the decorative pineapple.
