[ESP / ING] NO TIRES LA CORTEZA DE LA PIÑA // DO NOT THROW THE PINEAPPLE PEEL
BIENVENIDOS !!
WELCOME !!
Good morning dear community, today I want you to get out of the routine and give a change to that Christmas table 😱, surprise your family with a practical and simple decoration in your chicken salad, you no longer have to prepare it and store it in the refrigerator and then serve it, I will give you a suggestion so that this salad becomes a decorative centerpiece on your Christmas table with only three super cheap and easy to find ingredients and so you can opt this year for a salad as a starter or first course so as not to add many more calories at lunch or dinner.
We start by selecting a pineapple that has a leafy bark and we proceed to cut it, then we wash it and place it in the mold where it will be the centerpiece of the table in an inverted way so that it looks like a Christmas tree.
We start by making the star that goes on top of the tree and we are going to make it with a slice of pineapple and a star mold, then we fix it with a tooth mold or skewer sticks to the bark, below I leave some photos so you can have a reference on how to make the star.
After placing the star, we proceed to dust the Christmas tree with powdered sugar or better known as neva sugar, if you don't have it, you can take normal sugar, put it in the blender and blend it for two minutes to obtain the consistency of powdered sugar.
Finally, you now have your Christmas tree with the pineapple bark and you can place your desserts, appetizers or fruits of your choice.
