Hello sisters, I am here again for another week, I am glad to be able to participate, I like the questions of this week, I will be answering the next one.

Do you have a personal guiding principle (or a mantra) by which you live? If you do, what is it and how is it impacting your life so far?

As a general answer, yes, I have several principles that I established about 8 years ago when I first did some conscious introspection and they are:

  • Fight / Defend what is right: People who know me in real life have often called me reckless for this very reason, because there have been multiple occasions that I have witnessed injustices with some friends or colleagues and I have never been able to keep my mouth closed, if it seems to me that someone is being unfair, I let them know, it is not okay for me to see an injustice happen to my face and not do anything about it.

  • "It doesn't matter if I'm scared, I'll try": is the motivation I give myself every time something new comes up and I start to overthink it without realizing it until I notice it, eventually I end up very happy for never letting the fear overcomes me

  • Do good no matter what or who: This is something that life taught me and I always keep it in mind, there are people who have treated me badly in the past and I do not pay back with the same coin that I would like to do but I prefer to be calm knowing that I did something good on my part, my conscience is clear. And who does good, life really rewards you when you least expect it and also when you need it most.

  • "My mind is weak but my body is not" I say this almost daily lately because there are times when I have sadness, I feel like I don't want to do anything, when I feel unmotivated and just want to lie down or in general when I want to do something and I mentally look for excuses to postpone it, knowing deep inside me that if I postpone it I won't do it, and this is because my mind tries to dominate me, my mind tries to make me believe that I can't handle it, but my body has shown me that I can, yes I have the strength, yes I have the energy, I just I must take the first step. This last one is very important, I feel that we should all have this mantra, I give it a lot of value because I barely repeat it, I already know that I really do have to do it, I do have to get out of that state of lethargy, I do have to get up from the bed, consider it done.

All this has made me improve a lot, the person I am today is thanks to the fact that I am able to recognize myself, I am able to motivate myself and motivate others, otherwise I might have done something crazy by now.
