Hi hivers from Hive and SWC, today I bring you a blog of my training at @chiqui-sw's house, the guys from the barroso came to train free but as the rains have been growing weeds we started to clean before training, one of the guys gave us a great class on how to chop bush hahaha, after that we put the mattresses and we started to do free, we were all a little heavy but along the training we stopped being so heavy, I focused my training to the turns because I want to start making them easier and more fluid, I hope you like the pictures !
