Hola hivers de Hive y SWC, hoy les traigo unas fotos de mi entrenamineto de hoy día lunes, como es lunes me tocó entrenar plancha, pero tambien queria hacer free asi que fui a casa de 
@chiqui-sw junto a 
@diego-333 que fue a entrenar básicos en su semana de descarga, empecé haciendo free solo ya que chiqui y Diego fueron a buscar un reflector para poder iluminar las barras, me sentía bastante pesado hoy no se por que, pero igualmente lancé varias salidas a frontflip, y empecé a entrenar giros pero estaba bastante tosco, intenté un gienger y al primer intento no me salió pero luego me salió bastante alejado y volado de la barra, me puse a practicar mi straddle y algunas subidad a pino desde plancha para ir practicando para mis presses, terminé de hacer free, y junto a Diego empecé a hacer rutina, él básicos y yo plancha, hice una rutina bastante fuerte y Diego y Chiqui me ayudaron con mi postura en la plancha, al final quedé bastante adolorido y con el cuerpo bastante cansado pero significa que fue un buen entreno, espero les gusten las fotos !
