Hola hivers de Hive y SWC, hoy les traigo un blog de mi entrenamiento en casa de 
@chiqui-sw , este día nos activamos casi todos, fueron los muchachos del barroso, fue luis, el hermano menor de chiqui y Diego, el entrenamiento se torno más entretenido, no queria hacer mucho free porque el sabado me levante un callo haciendo pull over explosivo pero los muchachos me motivaron y me salió hasta un doble 540, y tambien ya estoy lanzando poco a poco más fuerte y alejado de la barra, espero les gusten las fotos !
