Hi hivers from Hive and SWC, today I share in this post some pictures of my last workout, it was here at home since I recently blew a callus and it still hurts, it was my push up day, I did some pino attempts and pino pushups to practice the depth of my handstand pushups, then I did a plank routine and the guys @chiqui-sw and Diego came in, and it was a pretty good day of training.
