Hi Hive and SWC hivers, today I bring you some pictures of my last workout, two friends visited me and told me they wanted to practice calisthenics to see if they could learn how to do the muscle up, and as @chiqui-sw sent me I told them to go there so I could train freestyle, I practiced more than everything my spins and learned to do the doubles with X grip away from the bar, I also did some frontflip starts, and one of my friends blew some calluses training, then we went to my house to spend the rest of the afternoon, I hope you like the pictures ! !
