Hello people of Hive and SWC, here I bring you some pictures of me doing calisthenics at the gym ! As usual on Wednesday I had to train legs, I went to the gym to do squat with free weights and one or another exercise where I needed to be in the gym, but as the gym where I go there are quite comfortable parallel bars, I took advantage of my early arrival to throw some planks and handstands, my straddle is improving and I keep it longer but I have to work the shape of it, I hope you like the pictures !
