Justin Sun and CZ binance are currently trending, and it's another dramatic state of events that saw BTC dumped from 87k to 78k, with alts taking the major beating.
Justin Sun was accused by his former girlfriend of wash and manipulated trading on binance in 2022, something similar to what the FTX founder did that led to the collapse of FTX and people losing their funds in 2022 in FTX.
Apparently CZ got into a fight with tht founder of SOL, unfollowed him and currently trying to do damage control of how he's been scamming the crypto industry for years.
It's been an unbelievable 24, where the market dumped like no other. If you clicked on this post because you were genuinely scared and hurt, them no, it's not over for crypto. My title was a rhetorical question, but at least it got you to open the post.
We've officially entered the bear market, one where we didn't see alts pumping for the first time since 2013.
The worst of the worst case scenario is that most alts are going to get pummeled so hard that by the end of 2026/27, they'd be down 90 to 98%. Especially since they never really experienced a rally like in other traditional bull runs. Innovations are likely going to die, and 50 to 80% of crypto projects will do into extinction.
Considering that this is very gloomy, but I only did this assessment based on the 4 year window. However if the worst case scenario happens, it means the 4 years crypto window is no longer in play and that we might literally get a bounce back in a less than a year or two years and alts experience a rally..
However without BTC driving that innovation it looks almost impossible. BTC's ATH was at 126k and that was only a x2 from its previous 2021 69k ATH. perhaps the bull market going forward is going to experience less pumps going forward or perhaps, the structural pattern we see with crypto is basically destroyed by big institutions and players.
This is rather unlikely, and chances are 2/100 as it seems. We get a massive pump towards the end of Q4 2026, and experience that true rally we never did. A lot of people have had their plans shattered by the market, me too. I was literally banking on alt season, but most of what you'd read online are people just speculating.
Well, prepare for 2028/29. This again is dependent on whether the four years cycle is in play. There are going to be some other crypto opportunities going forward and you can position for them by doing your research and position yourself. It's sad, but it's true.
Also, Hive is not the only platform experiencing issues. 80% of web3 l1 or L2 protocols are experiencing big issues. With Hive, our main internal problem is within the DHF, and looks like the top 20 guys are not concerned with fixing it.
Keep building. Crypto is lifechanging, but you gotta work hard too, gotta be patient and gotta keep building. I know it's disappointing to be where we are now, but literally anything can change in 2 to 4 years time. Keep building.
