Hola amigos de hive mi nombre es Jorge plaza nací en Caracas un 7 de noviembre de 1993, mis primeros años de vida fueron en propatria donde tuve una buena infancia a pesar de que no salía mucho por cuestiones de seguridad y crianza, desde pequeño me crie con mi hermano mayor peleábamos bastante, pero bueno, cosas de hermanos ja, ja, ja también me crie con uno de mis mejores amigos nos conocemos desde que nacimos, ya que mi papá y su papá al cual le digo padrino también son mejores amigos, y vecinos de la casa de al lado
When I was 9 years old I moved to a remote town, but at the same time close to Caracas called Guarenas, I always remember that 2 or 3 days after we moved to Guarenas one day I woke up early in the morning and the first thing I see is the TV that was broadcasting live the attack on the twin towers on September 11th.
A los 9 años me mudé a un pueblo alejado, pero cerca al mismo tiempo de Caracas llamado Guarenas, siempre recuerdo que a los 2 o 3 días de habernos mudado a Guarenas un día me desperté temprano en la mañana y lo primero que veo es el televisor que estaban transmitiendo en Vivo el atentado a las torres gemelas el 11 de septiembre.
I studied in a school called Ciudad Casarapa from 3rd grade to 5th year of high school where I spent one of the best moments of my life sharing with friends, growing and learning about life, I graduated in 2010 at the age of 16.
Estudie en un colegio llamado ciudad casarapa desde 3 grado hasta 5to año de bachillerato donde pase uno de los mejores momentos de mi vida compartiendo con amigos, creciendo y aprendiendo de la vida, me gradué en el 2010 a los 16 años.
I studied 1 semester of social communication, but I realized that I could study the audiovisual part directly without going through the whole process of journalism, I went to another university where I studied the audiovisual technical part, but due to country and economic situations I had to freeze the race until 2020 when there was the pandemic by the covid-19 due to the free time I had I could retake it and graduate in audiovisual sciences and photography.
Estudie 1 semestre de comunicación social, pero me di cuenta de que podía estudiar la parte audiovisual directamente sin pasar por todo el proceso del periodismo, me fui a otra universidad donde estudie la parte técnica audiovisual, pero por situaciones del país y económicas tuve que congelar la carrera hasta que en el 2020 cuando hubo la pandemia por el covid-19 debido al tiempo libre que tenía pude retomarla y graduarme en ciencias audiovisuales y fotografía.
As I always felt attracted to the audiovisual world, I also see it as a hobby and hobbies, so in my spare time I like to take pictures and recorded videos of everyday things, structures or architectures that I find myself walking, going to work, I also look for ways to learn more in the audiovisual world, as we never stop learning we are always students.
Another thing I like a lot is watching movies and series, I enjoy watching them knowing the whole process and all the effort behind every second that is shown on the screen, that from something simple is made something wonderful, that art is made with everyday things and the feeling that can be transmitted, knowing that I can convey some feelings and reach the humanity of people with photos and videos is what motivates me to learn and want to do more and more things.
Como siempre me sentí atraído hacia el mundo audiovisual, también lo veo como un pasatiempo y hobbies, por lo que en mis tiempos libres me gusta tomar fotografías y grabó videos de cosas cotidianas, de estructuras o arquitecturas que me encuentro caminando, yendo al trabajo, también busco formas de aprender más en el mundo audiovisual, ya que nunca dejamos de aprender siempre somos estudiantes.
Otra cosa que me gusta mucho es ver películas y series, disfruto verlas sabiendo todo el proceso y todo el esfuerzo que hay detrás de cada segundo que se muestra en la pantalla, que de algo simple se haga algo maravilloso, que se haga arte con cosas cotidianas y el sentimiento que se puede llegar a transmitir, el saber que puedo transmitir algunos sentimientos y llegar a la humanidad de las personas con fotos y vídeos es lo que motiva a aprender y querer hacer más y más cosas.
As for my work I do what I like, I work in an audiovisual production company and in a human rights NGO, in the audiovisual production company I am an archival researcher and I like it a lot because I learn a lot about history and culture when developing the work they send me, it has also helped me a lot to learn more about the history of humanity and certain factors by which the world is governed and behaves in such a way. In the NGO I am the editor of videos for social networks and also cameramen in events that are organized for the benefit of people.
En cuanto a mi trabajo hago lo que me gusta, trabajo en una productora audiovisual y en una ONG de derechos humanos, en la productora audiovisual soy investigador de archivo y me gusta mucho porque aprendo bastante de historia y de cultura a la hora de desarrollar los trabajos que me mandan, también me ha ayudado mucho a conocer más sobre la historia de la humanidad y ciertos factores por los cuales el mundo se rige y se comporta de tal manera. En la ONG soy el editor de vídeos para las redes sociales y también camarógrafos en eventos que se organizan en beneficio de las personas.
Throughout my life I have known several areas of Venezuela, including many beaches of La Guaira and Barlovento specifically Higuerote, several also in the east of the country in Puerto La Cruz and Margarita I have also been to Barquisimeto, I really like the history and customs that its people have, my family on my father's side are from Quibor a small town of Barquisimeto I also had the opportunity to meet El Tocuyo one of the oldest cities in Venezuela. But of all the parts of Venezuela that I have known, my favorite has been the Avila, the magic mountain of Caracas and it is my favorite for the connection, experience and landscapes that one can find in the climb, it has been one of the greatest and magical experiences I have experienced.
A través de mi vida he conocido varias zonas de Venezuela, entre ellas muchas playas de La Guaira y Barlovento específicamente higuerote, varias también del oriente del país en puerto la cruz y Margarita he ido también a Barquisimeto, me gusta mucho la historia y costumbres que tiene su gente, mi familia por parte de papá son de Quibor una pequeña ciudad de Barquisimeto también tuve la oportunidad de conocer El Tocuyo una de las ciudades más antiguas de Venezuela. Pero de todas las partes de Venezuela que he conocido, mi favorita ha sido el Ávila, la montaña mágica de Caracas y es mi favorita por la conexión, experiencia y paisajes que uno puede encontrarse en la subida, ha sido una de las mayores y mágicas experiencias que he experimentado.
