Ever wanted to visit the moon? THIS is the most 'moon-like' place on PLANET EARTH! Valle de la Luna (Valley of the Moon) in San Pedro de Atacama of northern Chile has one of the most bizarre and breathtaking landscape that I have ever had the pleasure of visiting.
Besides the amazing caves and views, the thing that stood out the most to Francisca and I was that there were NO OTHER PEOPLE around us for 95% of the day. It really allowed us to fully experience the valley of the moon to the fullest degree.
