I was in the Santiago municipality of Segundo Frente, specifically spending the day at the beautiful hotel that bears its name. It was a wonderful getaway to connect with nature and recharge my batteries.

The weather is simply magical. Nestled right in the heart of the mountainous area, the mornings are dressed in a light mist that descends, caressing the peaks of the mountains, offering a fresh, pure breeze and a silence that is a true blessing for the soul and, best of all, far away from all the pollution and hustle and bustle of the city.
The hotel is a total charm: a resort complex of cozy buildings with Alpine and Caribbean style architecture, dreamy white balconies, and gabled roofs that blend harmoniously with the natural surroundings. It features a beautiful crystal-clear outdoor pool, ideal for relaxing while admiring the imposing mountains of the Sierra Cristal in the background.
