Hello Hive Askers And Repliers! So yesterday @netuoso broke the news on Twitter about a steem "secret" hardfork that is going to be happening in 2 days at this time.

Witnesses on #Steem are preparing a hardfork 23 that will go live in the next 3 days. The code is NOT available for review.

I have contacted exchanges to warn them and ask what the code changes involved. Appears the powerdown time will be reduced from 13 weeks to 4 weeks

Justin is once and again creating controversy in the ecosystem. There are hivers who are still holding steem or powering down. The code is allegedly close source.
