What is my favorite reggae song ever?
That's a tough question....
Reggae is my favorite genre of music and when you say 'reggae' it's just the tip of the ice berg. There are so many sub-genre's and artists that have blessed us over the years...I don't know where to begin.
My favorite artist of all time, has to be Sanchez. And I got to finally see him live a few years ago which was one off my bucket list :)
But as for my favorite SONG.....I had to go with Garnett Silk's classic 'Fill Us Up With Your Mercy'.
In this video, I go over a bit of history about Garnett and his tragic passing at such a young age (I mistakenly said it was his grandmother he was trying to save, it was actually his mother) , but also how this song has been my 'go to' for so many years....It changed my life when I first heard it back int he 90's and continues to pull at my heart every time I hear it.
What an amazing project ReggaeSteem can become...Combine my favorite blockchain with my favorite genre of music, I didn't think I could love Steem anymore...But today happened LOL
