Ok so technical analysis isn't a holy grail, but I do think it has merits
There are two camps, one that thinks technical trading doesn't work and well the other is broke.
I kid I kid, but in all seriousness if charting worked like it was "supposed to", everyone reading this would probably already be rich.
We all look at the same charts and the same lines, yet our results are vastly different, why is that?
That's because it's not just about the lines, it's about the person using them.
The CEO of Abra, Billy Barhydt recently put out this chart:

He doesn't usually put out charts or do much trading or commenting on price action at all, so this is something to pay attention to.
By the way, Abra is a trading app you can download and they claim to be the world's first crypto bank.
Whether that is true or not is up for debate, but back to the chart.
If bitcoin continues in this expanding megaphone patter, we could see bitcoin hit $24k before this year ends, then a retracement to $21k, before ultimately exploding to $35k in the Q1 of next year.
