Haven't posted in a bit..sorry..didn't want to bore you all with my monotonous bear sculptures lol
Anyway, to save my sanity, I broke away for a couple days and carved something I've always wanted to carve.
Here's what it looked like before..
A piece of cedar I've had, and never thought I would use.
Moments later, a roughed out Phoenix emerged..
