Today I bring to us the Okra plantation, Okra plant is known generally for its ability to thrive in warm weather,it is grown mostly in West Africa and some parts in South asia.

The ideal period for growing Okra in West Africa is 3-4weeks before the last spring frost date when the soil is warmed to about 65-75 degree Fahrenheit the warmer the better,in our region we are currently in another planting season.

Okra is easy to grow and use, it is also rich in vitamin A and low in calories, which makes it a great additional diet.
