Spinach is a vegetable in a class of plants. He was a plant in Malaysia. There are two main types of spinach eaten in Malaysia namely the Green spinach and Red spinach. The spinach was of the family Amaranthaceae. It is rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin C and minerals substances such as iron (Fe), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), manganese (Mn) and zinc (Zn). In Malaysia, the spinach is grown for the purpose of domestic market and partly to diekspot to Singapore and Brunei.
