That last news item is a real head-scratcher. I remember a few years back waking up to no electricity - it lasted two days - seems someone removed the nuts from the base of a huge electrical tower and it toppled over in the wind. Now, who would be that industrious and that stupid? Yep, it's a rare combination, lol
