Rule Of Law (#5th post on AHC)

Today I would like to share about a law enforcement training course that I attended. The law is a very strange to me. I did not know anything about the law. But for some reason, I studied law. And I am just studying now.When I first started studying law, I was facing many difficulties, but there are still challenges.

ဒီနေ့တော့ ကျွန်တော်တက်ရောက်ခဲ့သည့် တရားဥပဒေစိုးမိုးရေးသင်တန်းအကြောင်းလေး မျှဝေပေးချင်ပါတယ်။ ဥပဒေဆိုသည်မှာ ကျွန်တော်အတွက် သူစိမ်းတစ်ယောက်လို့ပါ။ ကျွန်တော် ဥပဒေအကြောင်းကို ဘာမှသိခဲ့သူတစ်ယောက်မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ ဒါပင်မဲ့ အကြောင်းကြောင်းကြောင့် ကျွန်တော် ဥပဒေပညာကို လေ့လာဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဥပဒေပညာကို စတင်လေ့လာသည့်အချိန်တုံးက ကျွန်တော်အတွက် အခက်အခဲတွေအများကြီးနှင့် ရင်ဆိုင်ခဲ့ရပါတယ်။ခုချိန်ထိစိန်ခေါ်မှုတွေရှိနေတုံးပါ။

I have attended many legal courses. Of these, the one I will never forget is the Rule of Law course. This course is more than just teaching legal thinking forms.

ကျွန်တော်ဥပဒေဆိုင်ရာ သင်တန်းတွေအများကြီး တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ဖူးပါတယ်။ အဲဒီထဲမှာမှ ကျွန်တော်မမေ့နိုင်အောင် သတိရနေသည့် သင်တန်းကတော့ တရားဥပဒေစိုးမိုးရေး သင်တန်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ သင်တန်းမှာ ဥပဒေဆိုင်ရာ စဥ်းစားတွေခေါ်ပုံစံတွေ သင်ပေးတယ်ဆိုတာထက်ပိုပါတယ်။

To apply for the training, you need to submit an application form online and the various people from various fields are selected by the admins and called for the training. I was allowed to attend the training as an engineer filed. Tuition is free and participants are provided with free breakfast and lunch.What does this course teach more than just one course?

သင်တန်းတက်ရောက်ဖို့အတွက် Online ကနေ ဖောင်တင်ရပြီး နယ်ပယ်အစုံမှ လူမျိုးစုံကို Admin များမှရွေးချယ်ပြီး သင်တန်းခေါ်ယူပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်ကတော့ အင်ဂျင်နီယာ နယ်ပယ်က လူတစ်ယောက်အနေဖြင့်သင်တန်းတက်ရောက်ခွင့် ရရှိခဲ့ပါတယ်။ သင်တန်းကြေးကအခမဲ့ဖြစ်သည့်အပြင် သင်တန်းသားတွေအား မနက်စာ၊နေ့လည်စာပါ အခမဲ့ကျွေးပါတယ်။ သင်တန်းတစ်ခုဆိုတာထက်ပိုသည့် ဒီသင်တန်းမှာ ဘာတွေသင်ပေးလဲဆိုရင်ဖြင့် -

စသည့်တို့ကို လေ့လာခွင့်ရရှိခဲ့ပါတယ်။

This training attendant lawyers, NGOs; Doctors, Engineers Shop Owner,Student,Married people. They come from different of life, including interns. Like all brothers and sisters, the training was successfully completed.

Now they are alive in different ways in different fields. I still miss them every time something happens. Praying that all will be fine.

သင်တန်းမှာဆိုရင် ရှေ့နေများ၊ NGO အဖွဲ့အစည်းမျ၊ ဆရာဝန်များ၊ အင်ဂျင်နီယာများ၊ အိမ်ထောင်သည်များ၊ အလုပ်သင်ရှေ့နေများ စသည့်အလွှာပေါင်းစုံမှ လာရောက်လေ့လာကြပါတယ်။ အားလုံး ညီအကိုမောင်နှမ များကဲ့သို့ စည်းစည်းလုံးလုံးဖြင့် သင်တန်းလေးလည်းအောင်မြင်စွာပြီးဆုံးသွားပါတယ်။

ခုဆိုရင် သူတို့လည်း နယ်ပယ်အသီးသီးမှာ ပုံစံမျိုးစုံဖြင့် ရှင်သန်နေကြမှာပါ။ အကြောင်းအရာတွေတိုက်ဆိုင်တိုင်း ကျွန်တော် သူတို့ကိုသတိရနေစဲပါ။ အားလုံး အဆင်ပြေကြပါစေလို့ဆုတောင်းရင်း
