I went back to Makati today to proceed with my last step for my pre-employment medical exam. It was just a quick one. The last step is a drug test wherein I just needed to provide a urine sample and that’s it. They will just forward the result to the company.
After that, I finally had the time to try again one of the best sisig in Metro Manila that I know of. Many people call it Sisig Rada. The place is quite interesting where you’re going to see it. It is located in Rada Street, Makati City (Thats why it’s called Sisig Rada) and the store is just along the street. In Makati, you call these stores as Jollijeep.
They are quite similar to the food trucks although these are in permanent locations.
Upon reaching to the store, I ordered a sisig and they have it premade already during that time (around 1:30PM) because every lunch time there would be line for those who would want to buy the food. Also, you can dine in or take the food to-go when buying. If you’re dinning in, you just have to stand up in front of their kiosk and eat your food. That’s what you do when you’re dinning in on a Jollijeep. Also, that’s what I did earlier.
This is what I ordered by the way.
Most of the people who eat here (must) finish the food quick because if there might be time that others will be waiting for you to finish until they can eat theirs because there’s not enough space. But I guess that’s only during lunch times.
