In writing, no matter what is but most especially when writing formal essays, a person has to take it bit by bit so as not to rush and eventually fall of the cliff.
Consistency is of the key points to be noted when writing because without consistency in writing, that write up becomes useless as the information to be passed would not be passed again. So the best way to bring to bring consistency is by watching your work closely and paying much attention to it.
