I went to bed at around 01:30 AM as a I had a headache all day Tuesday, took extra Magnesium and a few things to help that. Up again around 02:40 AM or so, took more things. I only get headaches like 2 times a year on average. 41 years old, born in Oregon, parents born in America. Grandpa born the Netherlands. I can get headaches especially if lacking enough sleep and when my ear fluid is not draining enough and when allergies and when it is too cold outside or sudden temperature changes. Up a few times. Back to bed a few times. Was sort up most of the night. Slept maybe an hour or so like four times or less total is my guess. Was up at 09:00 AM to let the rabbit out. Breakfast: 09:10 AM. I'm slowly getting better, still have a migraine headache. Septic guy sucked up the first cylinder of three. Prayer. Farm stand. Coffee grounds. Lunch: 02:00 PM. Must of took a smaller nap in the afternoon for a minute or I forget. Took a longer nap later on, like 06:00 PM to like 10:30 PM. Told mom my headache was returning, she gave me stuff for that, I took a few things like Zinc, Magnesium, etc. Recovering from being sick since yesterday from the ear infection or whatever, I'm getting better, I do pray. Dinner: 10:30 PM. Dishes to 12:30 AM. Food log: Magnesium and stuff for my headache before like 01:30 AM, also put hydrogen peroxide into my ears, blew my ears, the usual routine which I've mentioned on and off in blogs for years. More Magnesium, 2 apple cider vinegar gummy, liquid Magnesium, Infowars stuff, Vitamin C, Feverfew, Fever-Tree ginger bear, 03:00 AM. Breakfast: orange, 09:10 AM. Oatmeal, 11:15 AM. Lunch: mom made me tea since I'm sick, like 4 tea bags, different teas, 02:00 PM. Potatoes cooked in tin foil, 02:50 PM. Alaskan Salmon which was amazing. Dinner: rice with sugar was fun, 10:30 PM.
