It's time for another daily update, and I'm excited to share my steps and activities with you!

Friday's Actifit Activity Report:

Yesterday, I woke up a little before Fajr prayer. After praying, I made a cup of tea and sat down to start my work, as usual.

Since it was Friday, I wanted to finish all my important tasks before taking a shower and getting ready for Friday prayer. I had a few things to complete, so I tried to stay focused and make the most of the morning.

Isra woke up around 10 AM. I was still busy with work, so I couldn't take her outside as we usually do. However, I spent some time playing with her and keeping her entertained while her mother prepared her breakfast. Once I finished the tasks I had planned, I took a shower, changed my clothes, and took my father with me to the mosque for Friday prayer.

After returning from the mosque, I had lunch. I hadn't eaten breakfast because of the busy morning, so I was quite ready for a meal!

There was also some good news regarding our pending payments. We received a response to the email we had sent to the client. We now have a meeting scheduled for Monday, and I hope it will help us sort out the payment issue. Let's see how things go.

After Asr prayer, I had tea and took Isra out for a bike ride. It was a short ride, but we both enjoyed it. The breeze was quite cool, so I decided not to stay outside for too long. Sometimes, even a short outing with Isra is enough to make the day special. ❤️

After Maghrib prayer, everyone was home, and we all had dinner together. Later, after Isha prayer, we gathered in our parents' room. We enjoyed lemon tea, talked about different things, and shared stories. These family gatherings are simple, but they are always a lovely part of the day.

My father was still experiencing pain in his knees because of arthritis. We are trying to help him change his daily routine so he can recover more comfortably. He has always been an active person, so sitting still and avoiding some of his usual activities is not easy for him. I hope he starts feeling better soon.

Alhamdulillah, my wife has now recovered completely from her fall. She is no longer feeling pain in her arm or knee, which is a big relief for all of us. I'm thankful that she is doing well again.

Finally, it was time for my usual late-night walk. The weather was just perfect, with a cool and pleasant breeze that made walking even more enjoyable. I completed my 10,000-step goal and returned home feeling good.
