With the focus on Hive, it often helps to look back into the past for a better insight into how Hive has evolved and keeps evolving.
Creating content on Hive in the early days was nothing as slick as what we have today. While slick might be too lauding to describe the interfaces we have on Hive now, a look back at the time when contents had no specific community will have you appreciate Hive today.
Food, animals, finance, music content, etc all appeared on our feeds back then even if did not want to read about food. Basically content of various kinds was all over the place.
So things look a lot slicker today but we can get better.

I saw the above LISTEN TO POST while curating content through PeakD recently and thought I was on Google Chrome but I use Brave browser, with a bit of attention I listened and was amazed at such functionality on Hive.
With this functionality, curators can listen to a post instead of reading it and write a comment afterward. This is a great step in providing the ease of use we seek on Web 3 and even greater to have this on Hive.
Web 3 Technological Breakthrough
The crypto space on the surface looks stagnant, it takes those who are consistently active in the crypto space to realize we are advancing at a rapid rate.
I recently shared HBD To Fiat, My Off-ramp Experience, it was a lengthy process that could deter some from cryptocurrency transactions. Could we have simpler ways of cryptocurrency transactions? I believe things can get a lot simpler than they currently are.
Web 3 needs that technological breakthrough that will send the masses flocking, Hive needs it but we don't know from which Decentralized Application (DApps) it will come, so it is best our devs keep building.
Text-to-speech is great on Hive, I never saw this coming, we might be up for surprises with developments on Hive in 2023. What else is probably in the works on Hive that will leave us surprised? We might have to wait to find out.
