Everyone has the right to speech
It’s one of the fundamental human rights of every individual
We are allowed to say whatever we want but we should be mindful of the kind of words that come out of our mouth
Before making a speech or presenting a speech one needs to consider other people’s human right of speech. It is very necessary because violating an individual right is one of the things that causes problem between two parties. Things has occurred due to a his thing called hate speech, it has let many into crisis like war and so many other things . Hate speech should be punishable by law honestly because if everyone should be allowed to talk to people anyhow and say what ever they want there will be a lot of problems both online and offline, though it is true people have the right to freedom of speech governing them but despite that right and freedom, there are still laws governing speech and how people address one another to avoid giving people access to illegal speeches that will violate individual right and privacy violation.
Freedom of speech law and right to individual have made people sometimes they don’t sit and think before they speech making their speech to have less value to the society and the problem at hand.
Hate speech is very bad and he created lot of enmity between individuals , groups and communities, meanwhile to me i will say that hate speech should be punishable buy law yeah because it will help to control how people address others genuinely and not in an abusive way that will lead to problems between two parties . Like is said before hate speech is very wrong and bad and should warrant government punishment , it should be punishable. If the law is not there people might be committing suicide everyday or having suicidal thoughts become of the hate speech on them by others.
In conclusion hate speech should be punishable and the victims that default should be prosecuted. It should be persecuted by law whereby the law will make it a bridge to defaulting such a right, the law will protect people from been place into hate speech conditions, protect from not being abuse from others. Meanwhile emotional trauma is very real and that is why people should be protected from hate speech so as to protect people’s emotions and feelings to avoid emotional damage. People differs and so their emotions differs too . Some people can endure any type of speech while some people can not , individuals have different ways of how they control their emotions , how i handle my myself and how i perceive speeches might not be how another person will perceive it.
There should be law against hate speech and any of the defaulter’s should be prosecuted.
