It feels like ages since I have gone hiking, my body is beginning to ask for it. I feel heavy even though my weight is within acceptable range. I am just missing that good feeling after a long walk.
Looking at these photos reminds me of my walk at Godley Head track in Sumner. I have decided I have to go for a walk this weekend even if it is just a short walk, it will certainly leave me feeling refreshed.
