In this platform, creators will have the opportunity to choose the requirements and restrictions to be placed on the licensing of their photographs, and in turn, buyers can search with the required specifications for the type of photos they want depending on the work they need, so that the search process to obtain the license is carried out without any problem.

Wemark may decide to modify the intended functionality of your WMK to ensure compliance with any legal or regulatory requirements to which it is subject. If Wemark decides to modify the functionality, the corresponding contents will be updated and the latest version of this will be uploaded to your website. Any WMK may be affected by regulatory action, including potential restrictions on the ownership, use or possession of such chips. Regulators or other circumstances may require that the mechanics be modified, in whole or in part. Wemark may revise to comply with regulatory requirements or other government or business obligations.

Wemark's distributed approach to digital content has been based on some principles:

The licensers of your content directly to the users
They retain all rights to their content, know who licensed it and control its price
The conditions of distribution and the fees/royalties are immutable
Content markets are given a mandate to deliver digital content by'signing' a digital distribution contract with creators. This agreement includes a range of prices for the content license, the license that will be issued to users and the distribution fee paid to the platform. Once digitally signed, the contract and its terms are immutable and can only be changed with the consent of all parties.
The reference programmes allow creators and markets access to a wider audience.
The community will be compensated by the exchange of content and the increase in the number of users and the adoption of distributed content markets.
