Rose and I have a routine on where we will work during the weekdays. Every week we will choose one day to work outside from our home office, just be get away from the house and get some fresh air and mixed our aura with other humans to be stimulated mentally.
On the day we choose to work outside is also the day we do our weekly grocery (talk about time management ya, haha!)... We will ask a friend of ours who lives nearby and who is also staying alone, to join in our adventure.
The place is from the same group which opens the Union Cafe at 1 Utama which I introduced recently, but with different interior design and managing style.
This is a good place to have a coffee break, meetings/discussions, dating or family hangout after dinner for some desserts they served. They even cater for events or birthday parties!
The atmosphere is cosy with yellow warm lights, each corner has its unique taste of design, a mix of retro-like chairs, sofas and wooden tables, plus a huge art mural on the wall makes the place looks artsy.
Look at these yummilicious pastries and cakes!! With the price as cheap as RM10 with a cup of coffee and pastry to RM17 with cakes and coffee drinks.
Their food is tasty, some a fusions which are surprisingly good! The price is reasonable considering the environment.
Their Salted Egg Yolk Croissant is just amazing, they are very generous with the filling, once you cut open the croissant, the melted egg yolk just spilt out like yellow lava, especially after the heat up the croissant.
The artisan coffee is aromatic as usual, I need a cup every time I'm there. The cakes I have tried a few, the one I like most is the Burned Cheese Cake!!
I would recommend this cosy place if you ever needed a place to hang out or get together with friends and families for some great coffee.
