Today's theme: Beverages with friends!

The is Whisk Outpost 139 located in 1 Utama Shopping Centre. We passed by a few times and we thought based on the outlook, it looks like a bar so we never walk in. Until one day a friend told us to try out this place, and only then we realised it's actually a classic little coffee shop.

Whisk Outpost is a cosy little coffee shop. Simple design with friendly and knowledgeable staff, they explained patiently about their coffee beans mixture when we ask the type of coffee beans they are using because their coffee is so good!

The menu is simple as well, and it's all written on the mirror behind the counter. You can smell the aroma of coffee filling the entire space and also because the coffee machine is just next to us, haha... Look at their coffee bags, so many types!

The tables are small, I guess it's because it's not a family restaurant, this place is really a nice cosy place for friends to chit chat and does some catching up, with their coffees and cakes.

I really like their floor too, it's such a classic tiles in the 50's or 60's. And the poles in the middle makes me feels like I am in a sailor bar, it's just my weird imaginations! They are smart to utilise the pole as well as a mini table.

I really want to try them all but we were just too full from dinner earlier, that we can only share one cake.

Out of all the cakes, we choose "her's"

Granny's cake, made out of Apple and Butterscotch Cream Cheese. It's was not bad, just wish there were more traces of apple in there!

And we have coffee! All of us ordered coffee so I'll just show one photo should be good enough. Like I said earlier, their coffee is really good, that's why it triggers our curiosity of their coffee beans.

Overall

Us with a happy face, that would tell you this place is a thumbs up to hang out with friends with some beverages and a slice or two of their cakes.
