A Simple Food Stall and yet Those Yummylicious Food!

I have never tried Korean food before, maybe because I don't really like the taste of Kimchi, even until now. This will be my first try and I must share it with you all.

Ki:m Fresh Korean Seaweed started out as a small kiosk in this mall about less than 3 years ago. It was run by a Korean old couple, every time I can see them pushing very hard try to promote their seaweeds by distributing samples to taste. I'm glad they sustained their business by expending to providing food and beverages and the stall was bigger than before, with tables and chairs.

The food from the menu doesn't look very presenting but we were told by friends their food was really good. So we decided to try it out. Let's see what they have.

This is the Menu, Big and yet Efficient!

This is the most effective marketing, people just walk by and look at the menu they have. If they like it, have a seat, if not, just continued walking. We were standing there choosing our food from this menu and the lady boss saw us, and she was very attentive and greet us to have a seat. We like her... hehe

The small plate was free, each person will be given one.

These were what we ordered. Bibim Ramyen with Egg, is a spicy noodle comes with a fried egg and roasted seaweeds. They were very generous with the seaweeds as you can see and the sauce was not very spicy too (as I was told).

Next, Bibimbap with Chicken, is rice and mixture of various veggies with added chicken to be mix together and eat. It was not very rich in taste maybe because of all the fresh veggies given.

Then It's my order of Hashed Rice, I didn't want to eat the spicy food, and from the menu, this looks the safest food I can find. Ended up, it actually tasted similar to Japanese Curry so I was okay with it because I love Japanese Curry rice or noodles!!

Lastly is the fried chicken Dakgangjeong. If you want to avoid rice or noodles, these are the best choice. There were 2 types of taste, sweet and sour or this one we ordered which was Garlic sauce fried chicken, yummy if you are a garlic lover.

Overall

The food was delicious, the kimchi and water were given free. For a small business, they are treating their customer very well. The place is small but clean and tidy, I would definitely recommend giving their food a try.

Thank you for reading my review, hope you enjoy it.
