Food is an amazing creation in and of itself. I cannot improve upon anything that God creates. However, I can explore new shapes to make within the things that God created and see what art and fun might come out of it.
Here is one such incident where my family made art with food. My youngest daughter and I took a big watermelon and carved it into two sculpted heads.
What is so nice about edible art is that if the artwork does not turn out the way you like it, you still have something interesting to eat.
