So, what do you have to prepare or buy to make this ice cream? The first thing you have to prepare is 1 pack of Oreos, wip cream, sweetened condensed milk, powdered milk, chocolate chips for topping, ice cream funnel, plastic triangle and square cup. After you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start from the first step of making Oreo ice cream.
The first step, what you have to do is prepare a cup and pour 1 sachet of powdered milk into the cup, then mix the powdered milk with 250 really cold water into a bowl. Then stir until the powdered milk is evenly mixed.
The second step, after you have stirred the powdered milk together with cold water until evenly distributed. Now prepare a bowl and pour half a pack of wip cream into the bowl, after that put all the milk powder that has been mixed before. Then stir the wip cream using a mixer until the wip cream is really soft and traces.
The third step, after the wip cream has been mixed until it is white, frothy and traces, the next thing you have to do is add 2 sachets of sweetened condensed milk into the wip cream that has been mixed. Then stir using a mixer until the sweetened condensed milk is evenly mixed.
The third step, sorry the photo is a little blurry because my cellphone camera is dusty. Next, crush 1 pack of Oreos like the photo above. You can use Oreos with other flavors such as strawberry and other flavors.
The fourth step, after you have crushed the oreo biscuits, now put all the oreo biscuits into the wip cream that was previously mixed. Then mixer again wip cream until all the oreos are well blended and crushed.
The fifth step, after the wip cream has turned warm to brown oreo, now add the chocochips into the wip cream, then stir again the wip cream using a spoon until the chocochips are perfectly mixed.
The sixth step, after you have put the chocochips into the wipe cream, now to make the ice cream more delicious, add the chocolate that you cut earlier. Chocolate is an optional choice and you don't need to add chocolate either. Then stir again using a mixer so that the chocolate is crushed and well mixed with the wip cream.
The seventh step, after all the chocolate and wipe cream have been mixed well, now what you have to do now is, prepare 2 plastic triangles and put all the ice cream into the plastic triangle. Then flatten a little plastic triangle using a spoon.
The eighth step, after you have put the ice cream into the plastic triangle, now put the 2 plastic triangles that have been filled with ice cream into the refrigerator. Chill the ice cream in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
The ninth step, after you have put the ice cream for about 1 hour, now take the two plastic triangles and flatten them using your thumb. After that, put it back in the refrigerator and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
The last step, which you have to do now after cooling for 30 minutes in the refrigerator, is to transfer it to the cup that you prepared earlier, then cover it with a special plastic tightly. Then put it back in the refrigerator and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
And finally, after 2 hours chilling in the refrigerator, Oreo ice cream can be enjoyed for your friends and family. I never thought I would be able to make my own ice cream. The taste is really very good, the combination of oreos and chocochips in the ice krik is perfect.
