For those of you who love coffee and snacks, you can make these snacks at home without taking much time. see the recipe below until it's finished and I hope you succeed in making these coffee bean cookies.
Well, to make these coffee bean cookies, the ingredients you have to prepare are not difficult and you can get them at the nearest supermarket. The first ingredients you have to prepare are margarine, cornstarch, wheat flour, powdered sugar, a few sachets of coffee, eggs, cocoa powder and mineral water. You can also replace all of these ingredients with brands available in your country. now let's enter the first step of making these coffee bean cookies.
The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a small bowl, put 3 tablespoons of margarine and 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Then, stir the dough until well blended using a whisk.
the second step, after you have stirred the dough until it is well mixed, now put 1 egg yolk into the mixture and stir the dough again using a whisk until well blended.
the third step, after you have kneaded the dough until the egg yolks are well mixed with the dough, now prepare a small bowl and put 2 sachets of coffee and 2 tablespoons of hot water into the bowl. Next, stir until the coffee dissolves completely like the photo above.
the fourth step, after you've stirred until the coffee dissolves, now put all the coffee into the mixture and stir again using a whisk until the coffee is well mixed with the dough.
the fifth step, after you have stirred the dough until the coffee is well mixed, now add 1 cup of cornstarch, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 3 tablespoons of flour. then, stir the dough using a whisk until well blended or you can also knead by hand to make it faster. Don't forget to wash your hands first.
the sixth step, after the dough is finished and the texture of the dough can be shaped, now prepare an oven pan and spread margarine on the baking sheet evenly so that the dough does not stick when placed on the baking sheet.
seventh step, after you have finished applying margarine on the oven pan, now shape the dough by using your hands like the photo above. repeat this step until all the dough is finished.
the eighth step, after you have finished making the dough, now all you have to do is put the dough that has been shaped on a baking sheet like the photo above. Then, make a line in the middle to resemble a coffee bean.
the last step, after all the dough is done, now prepare the oven and preheat the oven for 10 minutes. then, put the oven pan into the oven and bake the dough with a heat of 170 degrees Celsius, with fire up and down for 15 minutes depending on the oven you use.
and finally, coffee bean cookies have been eaten together with your friends and family. the taste is very good and the texture of the cookies is very crispy. I quite like these cookies, because the taste of the coffee released is really very thick. what do you think? very unique isn't it? give your feedback below this post.
