I work five days in a week and sometimes the rest days have been needing our call of duty. Lots of activities in school and even at home being a mother and wife. I need a short relaxing view to fuel me up the whole week again. Since my time is precious, I have to limit myself to a nearby place where I can unwind. Good thing our residence has this relaxing yet so near to us.
Ten steps from our house, nature brought this scenic view. I brought my kids to accompany me in walking and looking at this beautiful scene of green. This is where I always pass in going to school. It has long grasses but others were ripped off by the farmers for them to feed their goats and cows. Every day I saw animals pastured here, they are probably full due to some grasses.
This narrow pathway, where we always passed seems the grasses are not grown due to the demand. Another way is where our vehicles pass. During rainy days, it's muddy here. Then there are a few coconuts standing tall which adds beauty to the view.
A few more meters from where we stood was the road. We saw some buses, cars, and other vehicles passing by going to the city and vice versa. I could never be happier as I felt and inhale the clean air. Such a great feeling being with my kids as well as having a perfect time relaxing my whole being.
As we headed forward, we almost gone to the road however we stopped at a clogged or trapped water where big wheels of vehicles have been formed so during rainy days, water was trapped here. My kids had fun throwing stones at it. It has been dumped by weathered limestone because of its muddy pathway. Another reason is it has been bogged down due to heavy trucks passing here to get some limestone to supply where it should be.
Across where we stand, was the corralled private property. It has many coconut trees. No one can pass there, if there's one, might be given a summon. It is owned by one of the well-off families in our town.
It's almost dusk and we're not over yet with the view we saw and savoring each moment together. Seeing the sky with its almost dark atmosphere made me realize one thing. We must do whatever we want to do today because we can not turn back time. Everything has its end. Living our life to the fullest and making each moment memorable and remarkable.
I think that's all for today have friends. May you also have a good walk that is so relaxing. God bless and be safe always. Love lots!
